Tripkaa acts as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.) and does not own or control these services.

3. Booking Terms

3.1 User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
  • Ensure your account credentials remain secure.
  • Make payments as required for bookings and comply with hotel or travel provider policies.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed after full payment has been received, and you have received a confirmation email with the details.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies depend on the supplier (e.g., hotel, airline) and will be outlined during the booking process.
  • Tripkaa may charge an administrative fee for processing cancellations.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the supplier's terms and can take up to [7-14 business days].

3.4 Modifications

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and the supplier's policies. As of December 2024, Tripkaa does not provide direct modification functionality. All modifications will require a cancellation and re-booking process. However, Tripkaa will assist in facilitating communication with the supplier to explore any available modification options.
